Milwaukee, WI - Harley-Davidson, Inc. (NYSE: HOG) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of $0.21 per share for the fourth quarter of 2006. The dividend is payable December 28, 2006 to the holders of record of the Companys common stock on December 22, 2006.
